Definitions The following words have the following meanings:

"Service Provider" means any Solicitor, law firm or other institution or corporation providing a product or service;

"We/Us/Our" means compensationclaims.co.uk which is a product of SEO Traffic Limited;

"You" means the user of the website.

Terms and Conditions

This website is used to help you to obtain claim advice and guidance services to enable you to meet your individual needs. For some of these products we may request certain information from you about your personal and financial circumstances. The information that you give us may then be passed by us to potential Service Providers and researchers who will use that information and respond with the terms they are prepared to offer.

These Terms apply to your use of our website. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms set out below you should not use this website.

Solicitors Code of Conduct

We comply with Rule 9 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007, published by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Any solicitor that is introduced to you is independent, who will provide you with impartial and confidential advice. Right Solicitor is paid a referral fee by the Solicitors on our panel(which we have set out below), however you will not be liable for this in any way.

The referral fees payable are as follows-

• Clinical Negligence claims - £100.00
• Employment Liability claims - £400.00
• Road traffic accident claims - £200.00
• Public Liability claims - £400.00
• All other compensation claims - £50.00

Any Question submitted by you will be answered in good faith, and without any obligation on your part, you may if you wish use a different solicitor and do not have to use anyone that we introduce to you.

Our Rights

We reserve the right at any time to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the website or any part of it without notice to you and we will not be liable to you in any way for any modification or withdrawal of the website. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms without reference to you. We reserve the right at any time to refuse to process a transaction for any reason. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our failing to process a transaction.

By submitting your personal information to us you expressly authorise us to store and transmit information about you and to use the information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We cannot guarantee that your question will be answered within 15 minutes, however we will always endeavour to meet this timescale

We cannot guarantee that a Service Provider will be able to deliver a service at any particular time. We do not accept any liability in the event of withdrawal of any offering or for rejection of your request by the Service Provider for any reason whatsoever. If we feel that we are unable to assist you, we will notify you as quickly as possible and you are free to seek advice from alternative advisors.

All of the compensation claims experts on our panel are independent, and contribute to the cost of marketing and operating our call centre. They will not charge you for any of those costs. All of our experts should give you full advice about your claim, including an estimate as to what compensation you might expect to receive if your claim is successful and appropriate timescales for your claim. They will also let you know whether you might have to contribute anything at all if you win. In most cases this will be nothing, most cases are successfully run under a no win no fee agreement, where you pay nothing if you lose, and in most cases, nothing at all if you win. However, any email or telephone response from one of our Service Providers providing initial advice is for general purposes only and your use of this service is not intended to and does not create a solicitor/client relationship between you and our Service Provider and our Service provider gives no warranty as to the accuracy of that advice and shall be not liable to you whatsoever.

Neither we, nor any of our directors, agents or employees will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss or damage to property and claims of third parties. We do not exclude any liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our directors, agents or employees.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
